New Shape: Billy

New from Rising Male (Animations Rising) comes "Billy", another hyper-masculine shape. Billy is a bit of a surfer type dressed like that, but change his hair and clothes and he can be a powerful warrior.

As with all shapes from Rising Male, Billy is Copy/Mod, so you can tweak as you wish.
